We are seeking a Senior Digital Engineering Lead (+ years) with strong technical leadership experience in architecting, building, and scaling enterprise-grade commercial web platforms. This role requires deep hands‐on expertise in React, modern front‐end engineering practices, and Contentful CMS.
You will lead cross‐functional engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, ensure platform scalability, and partner closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise- + years of experience in software engineering with at least + years in frontend.
- Deep, hands‐on expertise in React, React Hooks, Context API, Redux/RTK, TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Contentful CMS (content modeling, SDKs, delivery APIs).
- Proven track record building large-scale commercial / consumer-facing web applications.
- Solid understanding of micro frontends, modular architecture, and design systems.
- Knowledge of , API integrations, GraphQL, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with performance optimization (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
- Experience designing distributed, scalable digital platforms.
- Strong background with DevOps processes: CI/CD, automated testing, containerization.
- Ability to lead engineering teams of –+ members.
- Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills.
