Mystery Shopper / Testkäufer (m/w/d)

Wir suchen sehr aufmerksame und detailorientierte Personen, die unser Team als Mystery Shopper (Testkäufer) in Österreich verstärken möchten. Als Mystery Shopper spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Bewertung des Kundenservices und der Verkaufsleistung unserer Kunden.

Ihre Aufgabe ist es, den Kundenservice, das Erscheinungsbild der Geschäfte und die Qualität der Produkte zu beobachten und zu bewerten sowie unsere Richtlinien genauestens zu befolgen.

Aufgabenbereiche

o Durchführung von "Secret Shopper"-Besuchen in verschiedenen Einzelhandelsgeschäften und anderen Einrichtungen (auch online oder per Telefon)
o Interaktion mit Mitarbeitern und Bewertung von deren Kundenservice und Verkaufsleistung
o Verfassen detaillierter Berichte über Ihr Einkaufserlebnis, einschließlich jeglicher Probleme oder verbesserungswürdiger Bereiche

Qualifikationen:

o Sie sind präzise, zuverlässig und haben ein Auge für Details.
o Sie sind über18 Jahre alt und haben Zugang zu einem Computer und einem Smartphone mit Internetverbindung.
o Sie beherrschen die Landessprache.
o Sie können Anweisungen befolgen und die Ergebnisse strukturiert wiedergeben.
