Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA - Dermatology

Transparent and collegial Federally Qualified Health Center is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Dermatology experience in San Antonio, Texas area!

Dermatology NP/PA Position:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week – predictable schedule and strong work–life balance
• You will be the sole dermatology provider in the clinic:
• High level of autonomy with support from a collaborative medical leadership team
• Opportunity to shape and grow dermatology services within the organization
• Collegial, multidisciplinary environment:
• Work alongside Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health in the same clinic
• Shared commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care

Background Desired:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• At least 2 years of experience in Dermatology as an NP or PA
• Comfortable functioning as the primary dermatology provider within an integrated clinic

This role is ideal for a Dermatology NP/PA who enjoys clinical independence but values being part of a larger, supportive care team and who is motivated by access to care, continuity, and long-term patient relationships.
