WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Earn competitive pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour , with guaranteed 40 hours / week of year-round work. There are also options for overtime , when wanted! As a full-time Lawn Care Worker, you'll work Monday to Friday . While most days will be spent during regular business hours, there may be occasional on-call requirements, typically arising once every two months.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Lawn Care Worker, you'll spend your time meticulously mowing lawns, edging borders, trimming hedges, and fertilizing to ensure vibrant, healthy greenery. With each landscaping task, you'll embrace the opportunity to transform ordinary spaces into outdoor oases, all while prioritizing safety and attention to detail. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate closely with your team, sharing insights and support to deliver top-notch service. And when the occasional on-call duty arises, you'll be ready to step up and provide timely assistance!

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Experience in lawn maintenance or laborer work
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily
• Physical stamina to work on your feet for 8 - 10 hours a day and lift more than 75 lbs
• Availability for occasional on-call work, approximately once every two months
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow directions accurately
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to professionalism
• Ability to work well within a team and prioritize safety at all times
