A company is looking for a Partner Success Lead to manage relationships with Community Partners and ensure their success throughout the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all active Community Partners, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Manage partner renewals and expansions, treating each renewal as an opportunity to deepen relationships
Facilitate connections and collaborations among partners to strengthen the community
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or related roles
Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred
Experience managing renewals and discussing partnership value and scope
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams
Alignment with equity, inclusion, and community-centered practices
