Position Details:
Position : Starbucks Barista
Starting Salary Range : $16.89 - $20.06 per hour
Schedule : 2:00pm to 10:30pm with weekend and holiday rotations (subject to change based on business needs)

Responsibilities
As a Starbucks Barista at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, you'll be at the heart of our coffee shop, creating delightful experiences for our guests. Your duties will include:

Crafting Beverages: From cappuccinos to caramel macchiatos, you'll expertly prepare a variety of beverages with precision and care.
Packaging Pastries : Alongside your coffee creations, you'll ensure our selection of pastries and snacks are beautifully displayed and ready for enjoyment.
Maintaining Cleanliness : We take pride in our clean and organized environment. You'll play a key role in keeping the coffee bar sparkling clean and inviting.
Customer Service: A strong emphasis is placed on providing exceptional customer service. You'll greet guests with a smile, take orders efficiently, and make each interaction a positive one.

Additional Responsibilities:
Training: As a Front of House (FOH) team member, you'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and train others to uphold our high standards.
Adaptability: You may be assigned other duties as needed, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.
Qualifications
Passion for Coffee: Whether you're a seasoned barista or a coffee enthusiast eager to learn, we welcome your passion for all things coffee-related.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:
·3 years of work experience in a related job discipline
Preferred:
· High school diploma or equivalent
·May Require Valid/Good-Standing Drivers License
