Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding Triton's software development and integration capabilities-people, process, and technology.

The role balances :

You will lead the team that designs, builds, integrates, deploys, and maintains Triton's internal and client-facing software systems, ensuring they align with real operational needs and long-term business objectives .

This role is well-suited for s om eone who has grown beyond being "just" a senior developer and now thrives at the intersection of leadership, systems thinking, and execution.

Experience & Background

Technical Orientation (Not a Checklist)

You don't need to have used every tool we touch-but you should be comfortable navigating modern stacks, integration frameworks, and infrastructure-backed systems. Experience with APIs, databases, Linux-based environments, cloud infrastructure, and CI / CD practices is important. Also desired is experience with Crestron, HTML5 and web applications.
