Candidate Source is hiring on behalf of a growing manufacturer in Henrico, VA with multiple openings on their assembly team . These roles start ASAP and this is a great opportunity to join a manufacturer that builds power distribution units and other mission critical components. Whether you're experienced or mechanically inclined and looking to grow, we want to hear from you!

Shifts Available :

  • 1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM (2nd shift employees will train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks)

Job Duties :

  • Align, fit, and assemble parts using hand and power tools
  • Mount electrical components like breakers and transformers
  • Wire and prep units for testing and inspection
  • Use torque tools and follow exact specifications
  • Read blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Work with other departments to complete builds accurately

    • Job Requirements :

  • Comfort using hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers)
  • Basic wiring knowledge a plus (but not required for all roles)
  • Ability to read and follow schematics or technical drawings
  • Able to read / write in English and perform basic math
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Must be able to safely use hand and power tools
