$10,000.00 Sign on Bonus

Oversee, direct, and coordinate all daily schedules and activities within the Radiology Department.

Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to staff members to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals.

Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment such as x-ray machine, fluoroscope, CT Scanner, and MR and evaluates the accuracy and quality of images and provides technical assistance.

Ensures the department compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Works as a technologist alongside staff as needed.
