Advanced Personnel Resources currently has several Medical Front Desk Admin positions open for clients of ours here in the Triad.

We currently have several positions availalble:

Front Desk Check-in, Medical Scheduler, Referral Coordinator and Medical Biller

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift business office hours
• Pay: $15.75-$20.00

Job Requirements

Medical Front Desk Specialist | Front Desk Duties:

• Check in
• Check out patients by scheduling the next appointment or recalling them in the appropriate timeframe, giving patient summaries, collect and post payments.
• Insurance verification
• Updating patient demographics
• Administering paperwork
• Taking copays
• Taking final payments
• Answering phones
• Confirming appointments
• Assisting with medical records
• Input scheduling templates in computer for assigned providers as they are available.
• Triage phone calls

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2+ years prefer 4+ years in a medical office performing the above tasksSuperior communication skillsSteady work history
