Entry Level Bridge Inspector

GFT is seeking an Entry Level Bridge Inspector to join our Transportation team in our Orlando, FL office! This position follows a fully onsite work model, requiring attendance to the office and field sites.

What you'll be challenged to do :

The Entry Level Bridge Inspector will support data entry efforts for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Bridge Management System via an online platform. This role requires a team player with strong communication skills who is comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting. Willingness to travel and work outdoors is essential.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Conducting field bridge inspections and assisting with preparation tasks.
• Organizing and entering inspectors' notes into the FDOT Bridge Management System.
• Preparing and formatting reports for submission to stakeholders.
• Taking field measurements and converting them into usable data.
• Supporting various administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to :

Creating and managing digital folders for different FDOT districts.

Compensation :

The salary range for this role is $37,000-$46,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
