Job Description :

  • Outpatient Internal Medicine opening
  • Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients
  • Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 to 5 : 00
  • 15-18 patients per day
  • No hospital responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock
  • 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings
  • Bonuses up to 40k year one.
  • Additional bonuse year two
  • Malpractice,
  • $5,000 relocation
  • 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program

    • Community :

    Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast

    Requirements :

  • BC / BE Family or Internal Medicine
  • Full License
  • Spanish bilingual required
