HSE Manager – Pekin, IL Lead Foundry

Join us as HSE Manager at our Pekin, Illinois lead foundry and make a real impact by ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace.

Join the North America HSE team, supporting compliance, risk reduction, and employee engagement at our Pekin, IL lead foundry.

Your responsibilities

  • Support Plant Manager with daily HSE activities and programs
  • Lead HSE team and drive safety culture at site level
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, and permit compliance at the site
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver employee training and safety programs
  • Review supplier and subcontractor compliance
  • Maintain reporting systems and HSE performance data

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in safety, Environmental, or related field
  • 5+ years of HSE experience in industrial / manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Experience leading audits and incident investigations
  • Skilled at employee training and safety engagement
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE systems
