What You'll Do

As the Finance Sr. Manager, Product & Marketing, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making for two of Edmentum's most dynamic teams. You'll transform data into direction, guiding investment decisions and performance strategies that shape how we bring our products to market and connect with educators. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives on influence without authority, loves solving complex problems, and wants to see their insights drive real-world outcomes.

In this role, you will :

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex financial data into compelling, actionable insights.
• Build and scale frameworks that evaluate marketing and product investments, helping the business understand ROI and payback with precision.
• Define and track KPIs that matterthen build dashboards that make performance trends visible and decisions smarter.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles for Marketing and Portfolio, delivering financial clarity and strategic foresight.

Pay range for this role : $150,000 - $170,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
