Responsibilities :

• Lead and grow a team of B2B sales representatives.
• Set clear goals, enforce accountability, and inspire performance.
• Manage your own book of business while overseeing departmental success.
• Develop strategies to scale revenue and elevate the sales function.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align on growth objectives.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

Work Environment :

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. The role requires 2030% travel for trade shows, with expenses covered.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00 / yr.
