Job specification

• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient-centered plans of care.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic modalities.
• Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.

Candidate requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), APRN, or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a valid license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a primary care or family practice setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
