Operating Room Clinical Nurse II

Position Overview : As a critical member of our Operating Room team, the Clinical Nurse II plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to patients and their families. Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform various treatments and procedures, and document care in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide prompt primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription medicines.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute individual Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
