Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Support the onboarding process for new broker partners and manage communications

Collaborate with sales consultants and carrier partners throughout the onboarding process

Document all steps and processes internally and coordinate cross-functional team meetings

Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required

Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience in insurance preferred, but not required

Ability to work normal business hours

SalesForce experience preferred, but not required
