You handle them with calm and clarity. Team Player & Self-Starter : Whether solo or in a squad, you get the job done right. Safety First : You know safe practices and follow them religiously. Physical Fit : Lift 50 lbs, move equipment up to 350 lbs, and operate a lift gate. Mobility : Walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and the likes. Vision : Good eyesight is a must for close, distant, color, and depth tasks. Environment : Be ready for the outdoors and occasional chills in the walk-in fridge.
