  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an Area Vice President for Direct and Partnership Sales within its Multinational Benefits & Mobility (MBM) practice. The successful candidate will be a key producer with a strong background in global mobility, particularly in the area of outsourced global mobility managed services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of compliant, cost-effective, and administratively efficient solutions for employee well-being on a global scale. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, developing and managing a sales pipeline, and creating fiscally sound proposals that align with the company's sales strategy. The role also involves consulting with business unit leaders and clients to ensure that the proposed solutions meet their global goals and objectives.

    Applicants for the Area Vice President position should have a minimum of 3-5 years' related experience in a global mobility sales role, or a Bachelor's degree with participation in a sales internship program, or a High School Diploma / GED with 6 years' experience. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work with a high level of independence. Professional designations and insurance licenses are a plus. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline, and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. The candidate should be proactive in staying abreast of industry, market, and legislative trends that impact the design, delivery, and compliance of global mobility solutions.
