Intelligence Collection Manager

Overview : The Intelligence Collection Manager position is a full-time position supporting the J39 Information Operations Directorate by identifying, validating, and coordinating collection requirements that inform and enable IO planning and execution. This position is contingent upon contract award. Security Requirement : TS / SCI or TS w / SCI Eligibility Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensures that ISR and other collection platforms are aligned to support non-kinetic targeting, influence operations, and adversary activity within the information environment.
- Bridges the intelligence and IO communities, helping synchronize collection priorities with campaign objectives, operational assessments, and IRC effects.
Required Qualifications :
Degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, or a related fieldExperience in intelligence collection management or ISR planning, including direct support to joint, interagency, or CCMD operationsStrong working knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) and ISR platformsExperience using DoD and IC collection systems such as COLISEUM, PRISM, HOTR, or MIDBFamiliarity with joint planning processes (JOPP, MDMP) and Annex B (Intelligence) and Annex K (IO) integration.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting a J39 or J2 staff at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or Service ComponentUnderstanding of IRCs (MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, Cyber) and their intelligence support requirementsFamiliarity with intelligence requirements related to adversary decision-making processes, influence operations, or disinformation campaignsExperience developing or validating ISR collection in support of non-kinetic targeting or IO assessmentsGraduate of a service or joint collection management course (e.g., DIA Collection Management Course, Army MI Officer Collection Manager Course, Air Force 14N ISR Operations Course, or equivalent)The Ascendancy Group (TAG) was founded on and thrives based on relationships, reputation, and trust.
