Drug Testing Program Manager

A company is looking for a Drug and Occupational Health Results Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the review, interpretation, and reporting of drug screens and clinical results in compliance with regulations and internal policies

Establish and maintain workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and timely task completion

Monitor key performance indicators and recommend operational improvements based on data insights

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in occupational health services or drug testing program administration

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in a remote environment

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical result interpretation

Proficiency with result management systems and data reporting tools
