Overview

Pinnacle is seeking a dependable and organized Call Center Receptionist to support our front office operations and assist with daily administrative tasks. This role serves as the first point of contact for callers and visitors — setting the tone for professionalism, efficiency, and great service. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, determining purpose and routing to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Retrieve, prioritize, and forward voicemail messages as needed.
• Greet and assist on-site visitors, announce their arrival to staff, and maintain visitor access logs.
• Receive, sort, and route incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence and packages for mailing.
• Scan, file, and organize both digital and physical documents.
• Prepare and print correspondence, forms, and reports as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
