Team Coordination : Effectively coordinate and supervise nursing personnel involved in direct patient care, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment. Quality Assurance : Oversee and implement quality assurance processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery and patient outcomes. Treatment Team Collaboration : Actively participate as a valued member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, contributing your nursing expertise to support the organization's treatment philosophy. Patient Safety : Prioritize the safety and well-being of patients, implementing protocols and measures to ensure their protection and comfort during their stay. Staff Development : Mentor, coach, and facilitate the professional growth of nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Clinical Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards. Resource Management : Efficiently manage resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to optimize patient care. Patient Advocacy : Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns and needs while promoting their overall health and recovery. A current Alaska nursing license. Proven clinical leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the treatment team and patients.
