Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Leadership : Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring that all patient care meets the highest standards of quality and safety.Team Coordination : Effectively coordinate and supervise nursing personnel involved in direct patient care, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.Quality Assurance : Oversee and implement quality assurance processes to continuously improve nursing care delivery and patient outcomes.Treatment Team Collaboration : Actively participate as a valued member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, contributing your nursing expertise to support the organization's treatment philosophy.Patient Safety : Prioritize the safety and well-being of patients, implementing protocols and measures to ensure their protection and comfort during their stay.Staff Development : Mentor, coach, and facilitate the professional growth of nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.Clinical Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.Resource Management : Efficiently manage resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment, to optimize patient care.Patient Advocacy : Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns and needs while promoting their overall health and recovery.Qualifications :
