Job Title: Primary Teacher – Supply

Location: Stamford
Pay Rate: £120 – £170 per day
Contract: Supply (day-to-day, short-term & long-term opportunities)

GSL Education is working closely with a number of primary schools in Stamford who are looking to appoint enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers. This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive difference in different classroom settings.

Whether you are an experienced primary teacher, an ECT, or returning to teaching after a break, supply work offers an excellent opportunity to build confidence while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Follow school policies to manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different learners
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each day

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
