Rollback / Tow Truck Driver – Growth Opportunity Inside a Diesel Repair Shop!

Are you an experienced rollback or tow truck driver looking for more than just another driving job ? We’re looking for a motivated, reliable driver who wants to take ownership of this new position — with the potential to build and manage a growing towing operation within our busy diesel repair shop.

SMR Diesel is a trusted diesel repair and service shop that’s been keeping trucks and equipment running strong for 10+ years. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding into towing and transport services — and we’re looking for the right person to help us make it happen.

The Role

As our Rollback / Tow Truck Driver , you’ll :

Operate a rollback truck to tow or transport light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.

Perform safe and efficient loading / unloading.

Handle service calls with professionalism and care.

Maintain accurate paperwork and basic truck maintenance.

Help develop and grow the towing side of our business — from daily operations to customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required).

Clean driving record and dependable work ethic.

Experience operating rollback or tow trucks.

Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.

Leadership qualities — ambition to grow into a management or dispatch role as the tow division expands.
