StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 9 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday - Friday 7a – 4p + call
• Required Cases : General, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, vascular, dental, Ear Nose Throat, podiatry – proof of epidurals, spinals, blocks required
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Independent all CRNA practice
• Credentialing Timeframe : up to 60 days
• License required or willing to license : Michigan License not required at presentation.
