Drainage Expertise : Oversee and inspect drainage-related construction activities to ensure compliance with District standards. Surveying & Project Design Assessment : Conduct field survey parties review field data and translate findings into accurate construction drawings. Project Coordination : Coordinate work plans and construction schedules while assisting in securing necessary permits to keep projects moving forward. Technical Translation : Interpret construction plans and drawings and verify correct materials are utilized in construction. Documentation : Prepare reports official correspondence and maintain detailed project records. Who You Are
Youre a motivated professional with :
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of general experience related to the construction of public works projects or a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Industrial Technology or a related field with specialization in construction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
What Youll Do
In this position you wont just be watching from the sidelines. You will be the on-site technical expert ensuring that every project meets our high standards for safety and longevity. Your responsibilities will include :
