• Carry out cost reduction efforts by optimizing tooling, processes and materials.
• Sample and troubleshoot new, existing, and transfer molds.
• Evaluate and develop new molding techniques.
• Develop processing procedures for manufacturing personnel.
• Lead training for Process and Setup Technicians.
• Analyze and resolve processing problems involving molding machines, molds, resins (polyolefin and engineering grades), colorants, and auxiliary equipment such as robots, conveyors, material loaders, hot runner controllers, and gravimetric blenders.
