[job_card.job_description]APP : Master's degree in either Nurse Practitioner (with Family Nurse Practitioner specialty), or Physician Assistant Active SC licensure Active DEA and SC Controlled Substance DOT Certification 2 or more years of experience working in family practice, emergency medicine, or urgent care setting Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends Willing to work at other centers as needed Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct 5 or more years of urgent care experience as a FNP or PA
