The Director, HRIS will lead the HRIS team and will serve as the Business Project Manager for global HR projects and serve as the primary manager and administrator of the global HRIS system.

Key responsibilities (to name a few) :

• Responsible for the project management in coordination with IT for global HRIS initiatives
• Working with the third-party administrator, leading overall business system management
• Ensuring test plans are in place and risks are mitigated
• Leading the Data Governance global team and managing the global project for Data Standardization
• Ensuring data integrity in all HR systems and integration files
• Serving as champion of global HRIS system and gain / maintain support of regional leads

Supervisory responsibilities include managing and developing direct reports.

Requirements and preferred skills include :

Bachelors degree with at least 10-12 years of experience

HR functional experience and assignments in a variety of environments

HRIS leadership experience in Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors or other major HR and ERP systems

Functional and configuration setup for SAP modules preferred

Strong experience in Microsoft Excel required

Experience working across countries / regions in a large multi-national corporation preferred

Acquisition integration of HR systems a plus

High level of partnering, influencing, coaching, and communication skills

Demonstrated capability to work in a highly matrixed organization

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships

Capable of driving change and serving as a change agent

Exceptional project management skills

Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with limited supervision

Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Pay & Benefits :

Full-Time

Salary range : $185,000 - $205,000

Bonus Eligible
