Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for customer service and data processing
Support customer service and data processing queues
Design and prepare educational materials and assess training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
2+ years of customer interaction experience
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field preferred
