We are hiring for a seasoned leader to support key compensation programs and initiatives for North America Operations team. As part of this team you will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement of our compensation programs and tools at scale. This role requires deep program management skills ability to manage and deploy large program and policy changes scoping and creating project plans developing processes creating and managing metrics coordinating and driving execution and communicating with stakeholders across levels on status risks and process / product changes. Cross-team coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The person must be flexible and action-oriented and they must be capable of dealing with ambiguity have strong analytical skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

This role provides an opportunity to own and drive compensation programs across operations program management analytics site and process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring consistent and efficient execution of programs and projects delivering high-quality scalable solutions within specific timelines.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners and key tech and non-tech stakeholders. This includes effectively communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple parts of the organization.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Program Management Human Resources Employment Law Computer Science Finance Computer Information Systems Engineering Operations Research or a related field
  • Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113300 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $187300 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
