Position description :  The Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona invites applications for a position in Electrical Engineering at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2026. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and the potential to establish a research program that involves both undergraduate and graduate students. Teaching responsibilities will include both introductory and advanced courses, as well as assisting in curriculum development. The applicant will be expected to advise students; serve on department, college, and university committees; and engage in professional activities. Final candidates being interviewed are expected to make a presentation of creative work and a teaching demonstration to faculty, and also to interact with students.
