A company is looking for a Manager of Salesforce CRM (Operational Lead) who has strong hands-on Salesforce expertise and can oversee day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the operational lead for the Salesforce Admin team, managing workload and issue resolution
Perform and oversee Salesforce configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Monitor system health and identify improvement opportunities within the CRM ecosystem
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Salesforce admin experience
Solid understanding of CPQ, Sales Cloud, and the GTM tech ecosystem
Experience guiding or mentoring admins / contractors
Experience with release management, sandboxes, and deployments
Salesforce Certifications : Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform, etc
