We’re an agency looking to defy the status quo.
We’re in the business of making your business better. And it’s our mission to give our partners the most compelling advertising experience possible.
While everyone else is concerned about the best practices of yesterday, we are discovering and defining innovative solutions for tomorrow. We do that by moving fast, breaking rules, rebuilding systems, generating solutions and taking performance to its limits -- then pushing it even farther.
We’re here to be the arbiters of change. To rock the boat. To upset the apple cart. To cause a disturbance in the force.
We’re here to Dysrupt.
Dysrupt is looking for a Senior Analyst, Media & Insights who’s obsessed with turning performance data into stories that move clients and campaigns forward. You’ll be the connective thread between our activation teams, client leads, and platform partners, ensuring that every insight is sharp, actionable, and rooted in real business impact.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics and performance marketing: less “hardcore data science,” more cleaning, organizing, analyzing, and translating data into insights that help our clients win. You’ll own reporting for your assigned accounts, elevate measurement practices, and be a go‑to resource for helping the team understand what happened, why, and what to try next.
Why Dysrupt?
We’re not a typical media agency. We combine performance rigor with strategic curiosity and a culture that celebrates experimentation, learning, and pushing boundaries. At Dysrupt, analysts aren’t order‑takers, they’re co‑pilots in shaping the work.
If you’re excited by data, driven by impact, and want to help build the next era of performance media, we’d love to meet you.
