General Accountant

A company is looking for a General Accountant for a contract role focused on supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with month-end and year-end close activities for timely, accurate financial reporting

Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with GAAP; perform account reconciliations

Confirm and reconcile intercompany balances across entities

Required Qualifications :

In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel

Experience in a corporate accounting environment

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
