• in practice-based settings in Hartford Healthcare’s Central region. Ideally located with proximity to New York and Massachusetts. Some highlights of this opportunity include : Oncology Physician Assistant’s and Nurse Practitioners provide value-based care in an ambulatory setting and will be involved in triage and the spectrum of outpatient management including but not limited to the following : Benign hematology visits, sick / urgent visits, chemotherapy education / teach visits, bone marrow aspirations, overseeing infusion follow up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care. Schedule : Full Time : - / 4-day work week is an option / Location - Torrington / Signing bonus /

• Eligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA), or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is required.
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred
