Position title : Operations analyst

Duration : 3 years contract

Location : Beaverton, OR

Job Description :

  • Data analysis and preparing recommendations; includes creation of new reports / data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Communicating results and recommendations; building compelling tools and communication to support recommendations and communicate to cross functional teams
  • Facilitating roadmap creation and initiative approach and sequencing
  • Initiating a project plan and facilitating the tactical execution of the plan
  • Create, execute and monitor KPI's

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline or 2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Consumer good Product creation experience preferred
  • Team player / Collaborative across diverse stake holders
  • Strong information seeking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity
  • Business acumen to learn new business processes and understand operations
  • Ability to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approaches to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited direction
  • Documentation skills

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, linking, data mining)
  • SmartSheets / Airtable
  • Data visualization (Tableau)
  • Proficient in SQL
