Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical oncology patients across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions based on assessments.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post-operative care plans.
• Assist in managing pain and other side effects associated with surgical treatment and oncology therapies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.
