General Overview

Sign on bonus! $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Competitive Pay : Starting at $53-58 / hour

Schedule :

Monday- 6 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Tuesday- 6 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Wednesday- 6 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Thursday- 6 : 30am-3 : 30pm

Friday- optional!

  • Hours can be flexible, Hygienist can make their own schedule within office hours

Sign on bonus : $10,000 sign on paid after 60 days

  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Certification in local anesthesia administration.

    Responsibilities

    As part of our team, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including :

  • Open to new grads & experienced
  • Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
  • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
  • Ensure OSHA / HIPAA compliance.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
  • Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and / or Prophylaxis.
  • Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • We use Curve as dental software, but any experience with a dental software is great!
