Salary : $155,000 - $185,000 per year

Job Details

Conduct Medicare annual health assessments

See 5-8 patients a day

Perform H&Ps and document in EMR systems

Collaborate with patients’ PCPs to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish)

Active NP license in California

BLS / CPR

Experience with EMR systems and electronic documentation
