We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will support new business operations within a growing insurance company, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound call handling and effective communication.
  • Assist clients with benefit inquiries, billing concerns, and other account-related functions.
  • Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks and updating customer information.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other software tools to track interactions and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new processes and systems, showcasing a proactive approach.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and computer programs relevant to customer service operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated learner who adapts quickly to new systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Epic Software, Avaya CMS, and other service-related platforms.
  • Previous experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
