Role Overview

The SEM Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation in the home improvement industry. This role requires proven expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the ability to manage large-scale campaigns, implement advanced bidding and targeting strategies, and deliver measurable results that directly impact business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across search, display, retargeting, and audience segments.
• Create and test high-performing ad copy tailored to drive qualified leads.
• Manage and report on account-level KPIs and campaign performance.
• Implement and optimize conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and data-driven bidding strategies.
• Leverage audience insights and segmentation strategies for maximum ROI.
• Execute effective retargeting strategies across all campaign types.
• Stay ahead of Google's evolving AI-driven features and incorporate best practices.
• Manage Bing Ads campaigns with proven understanding of platform nuances and differentiators.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align SEM strategy with landing page optimization and funnel tracking.
