MW Partners is currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties :

  • Lead and coordinate multi-solution programs across CDP Email Marketing CMS and Marketing Operations and other marketing technology related areas.
  • Partner externally with our customer and internally with Adobe teams to define program goals success metrics and execution plans.
  • Manage intake prioritization and execution of workstreams using project management tools.
  • Facilitate operational cadences including weekly PMO syncs SteerCo meetings and tactical stand-ups.
  • Track progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Own stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Support reporting and documentation needs for executive visibility and strategic alignment.

Requirements :

  • 10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B software program management with focus on delivery management.
  • Proven experience managing programs involving CDP Email Marketing CMS and Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems.
  • Ability to understand and operate in a matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working in customer delivery roles for large-scale enterprise software transformation projects with focus on marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Digital Experience (DX) products.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations in and around the Seattle area.
