Unit Overview : Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for diverse and complex patient populations :
- Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.
- Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.
- A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.
Role Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care, using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.
- Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience across all stages of care.

Qualifications :
- Active Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Physical Requirements :
- Able to stand, walk, lift, and perform other physical demands of nursing duties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform patient transfers with assistance.
- Exposure to various environmental conditions, requiring protective equipment as necessary.
