Mgr Finance

Manage budgeting and financial analysis process for assigned business units. Acts as primary contact for most financial matters.

Responsibilities :

• Manages coordination and preparation of half and fiscal year budgets and forecasts for assigned business areas.
• Perform and review monthly billing and gross margin analyses, and reconcile as appropriate.
• Prepare gross margin analyses at SID level detail and post appropriate journal entries.
• Provide management with financial support, advice and consultation to assist in budget preparation, and making financial decisions.
• Manage preparation and distribution of standardized budgets, forecasts, and monthly sales and financial reports to executives and management.
• Assist Director of Billing Services with assignment of billing budgets to zones, backlog conversion analyses, and other financial analyses as needed.
• Assist / backup CFO in finalization of total company P&L for budgets and forecasts, balance sheets, and capital budgets.
• Perform various ad hoc financial analyses for CFO and key internal customers.
• Develop new financial reports utilizing Excel, Essbase, and Qlikview as needed.
• Calculates incentive / bonuses for Field sales and Business Operations personnel.
• Subject matter expert as to refurbished / manual inventory. Monitors inventory levels, and provides financial analyses related to sales of refurbished inventory.
• Perform audit function for annual physical inventory at Corona warehouse and coordinates inventory observation by outside auditors.
• Provide guidance and training to fellow accounting / finance staff as needed.

Qualifications :

Pay Information (DOE) Min. $110,700 to Max. $178,200
