The University of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Division Director of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology. The academic rank, compensation and appointment track will be based on qualifications and experience.
The Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Division currently consists of a dedicated team of 10 cardiac anesthesiologists. All cardiac faculty have completed a formal cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship program and are Diplomates of the Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography.

Division Director of Cardiac Anesthesiology:
•Lead and build upon a dynamic team of 10 cardiac anesthesiologists and 2 fellows
•Works closely with the Critical Care and ICU teams, Cardiologists and other colleagues
•Take the program to the next level by constructing and implementing strategies for programmatic growth across the board regarding clinical, educational, and research programs.
•This position will include inpatient clinical services on our vibrant academic campus at the University of Minnesota Medical Center - a large metropolitan area with over 3 million people.
