Job Description

Role Title : Pega Senior Developer

Location : Plano, TX

We are looking for a Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) — certification must have been completed before 2017 , with 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC 6.x / 7.x / 8.x development.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Certification : Must be a Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) , completed before 2017 .
  • Experience : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x development.

Role Description & Skills :

  • Design, develop, and test applications using Pega PRPC 8.X and DX API V2 (headless implementation – integration of Pega with Angular applications).
  • Follow established coding standards and best practices during design and development. Contribute to improving standards through continuous feedback.
  • Utilize design patterns that align with Enterprise security policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Lead System Architects, Technical Analysts, and Integration Testing teams to ensure developed code meets functional, technical, and security requirements .
  • Work closely with offshore development teams to conduct design reviews, code reviews, and unit test reviews .
  • Serve as a technical mentor for junior team members.
  • Integrate onshore and offshore code leveraging DevOps pipelines .
  • Develop and document business and technical processes in collaboration with business teams, development teams, and IT support.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality code .
  • Maintain and enhance proficiency in systems, tools, and processes essential for application development and maintenance.
