Strong analytical skills with proven experience driving financial performance. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting for multiple manufacturing sites.
- Manage month-end close activities including accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis.
- Partner with operations and plant leaders to identify cost savings and optimize capital investments.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal financial controls.
- Champion process improvement, automation, and performance management initiatives.
